Many of these projects shown below are from older homes, but these same types of repairs and improvements can also be completed in newer homes and rental properties.

These photos showcase a completed bathroom sink and vanity replacement. We repaired and refinished the damaged drywall behind the former wall-mounted sink, then installed a new vanity and sink to create a clean, updated look with improved functionality.

Before & After Kitchen Cabinet Rebuild

This dishwasher replacement revealed years of built-up dirt and debris, hidden wall damage, and an uneven subfloor beneath the old unit. Because the surrounding kitchen floor had been raised for new vinyl, we repaired the damaged wall, leveled the subfloor to meet the finished flooring, and thoroughly bug-proofed the cavity before installing the new dishwasher.

Backyard Gate Replacement

This backyard gate replacement began with removing the old, deteriorated wooden gate from the wall. We then replaced the wood mounted to the wall to ensure a solid, secure frame for the new gate, and finished by sealing the wood to protect it from the elements and extend its longevity.

New Flooring Installation

New flooring found in local hardware stores, installed with quarter round to finish the look.

Mailbox & Post Installation in Mountainous Terrain

These photos document a mailbox and post installation on a property set in mountainous, rocky terrain. Rather than simply backfilling dirt around the post, we set it in concrete to create a stronger, more stable foundation that better withstands the area’s uneven ground and exposure to the elements. The result is a secure, long-lasting mailbox installation built to hold up over time.

The original wooden mailbox post had rotted, causing the mailbox to lean and eventually fall. To keep it usable while repairs were being arranged, the mailbox was temporarily propped up. The deteriorated post was then replaced with a sturdy metal post, and a new mailbox was securely set in concrete. The old mounting block was also removed from the ground, completing a safe and durable mailbox installation.
